Residents are permitted to have up to 3 pets in their apartment, with a maximum of 2 being dogs. We do not have any breed restrictions for dogs. However, exotic animals are not allowed.

We require a nonrefundable fee plus a monthly pet rent, please contact the office for details. All animals must be registered with PetScreening annually, which incurs a $30 fee. For further details and to complete the registration, please visit https://abberlycommons.petscreening.com.

Deposit or Surety Bond due at move in along with prorated rent and pet fees if applicable.

No utilities are included. Electricity, Water, and Cable/Internet are billed separately to the resident. Rental rates include ADT Smart Home technology and Valet Trash Removal.

Rent is expected to be paid by the 1st of each month. If payment is not received by the 5th, late fees will be applied starting on the 6th.

We accept personal checks, money orders, and cashier's check (no cash). For your convenience, we accept online payments through ACH, credit card and debit card.

For your convenience after hours payments may be submitted through the Resident portal via, ACH, credit card or debit card.

The Internet provider is AT&T.

Residents will have 24/7 access to automated package lockers.

We are a completely smoke-free apartment community.

60 Days written notice to vacate is required. Please contact the Leasing Office for additional information.

Guests are allowed to stay for up to two weeks. Beyond this period, they are required to be added to the lease agreement if they are over the age of 18.

You can install a satellite dish within your patio. It may not be adhered to our structure in any fashion and has to be contained within the patio area to meet our guidelines. Proof of Renters Insurance is required equal to $250,000.

Parking in our apartment community is available on a first-come, first-served basis for cars and motorcycles only. Trailers, boats, and RVs may be permitted; however, residents must contact the office to obtain a parking permit and pay any applicable fees. Inoperable vehicles, vehicles in need of repair, and vehicles without current tags are not allowed on the property. Parking directly in front of a garage is restricted to the resident leasing that garage. EV charging spaces are reserved exclusively for electric vehicles actively being charged. Violations of this policy may result in towing at the owner’s expense.

Our lease terms are variable and depend on move in time frame, floor plan and floor level. Please contact the leasing office for specific details.

While logged into the Resident Portal, navigate to the Lease Tab and select Lease Info. If there is an active proposal on your account, you will see the available lease renewal options.

During business hours, you may contact the office directly or place a work order through our Resident Portal. For after-hours emergencies, please call 980-327-1800 and select option 2 for our Emergency Maintenance Staff, who are available 24 hours a day.
