Joy Logan

Community Manager

Originally from Asheville, NC, Joy began her multifamily housing career in 2012. During her career she’s received a number of awards and designations including Apartment Manager of the Year and the Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation through the National Apartment Association. Joy’s favorite aspect of her career is the people. She enjoys helping people find a place to call home, whether it be their first apartment or a new beginning in a new city. Joy loves to dance, listen to live music, go hiking, and spend time with her family and big pup, a Boerboel named Justice.

Terran Dami

Assistant Community Manager

Originally from Cornelius, NC, Terran joined HHHunt in August 2023. She has over seven years of experience and is excited to continue to grow her career in multifamily living. She loves collaborating with her team to find fun and creative ways to engage residents at the community. In her free time, you can find her enjoying music (singing), fishing and spending time at the lake with her dog and boyfriend. A fun fact about Terran, when she was younger, she and her sister had the opportunity to professionally record a song they wrote in a recording studio!

Jasmine Smith

Leasing Consultant

Originally from Clarksville, TN, Jasmine joined HHHunt in November 2024 as a Leasing Consultant. With over two years of multifamily industry experience, she’s excited to make our residents her top priority. In her free time, Jasmine enjoys catching up with friends in the South End and spending time with her family, her dog Nala and soon, her newborn baby!

Jacqueline Kirk

Leasing Consultant

Originally from Saginaw, MI, Jacqueline joined HHHunt in May 2024. She is new to multifamily and is most excited about building a bond with our residents and ensuring they live comfortably. In her free time, Jacqueline loves going to the gym, spending time with family, and trying out new coffee shops in the area. She also loves to shop! Jacqueline’s dream is to one day live in the Brickell neighborhood in Miami!

Jerome Walcott

Service Manager

Originally from Jamaica, Jerome joined HHHunt in January 2024. His experience in general maintenance goes back to 2014, and he made the change to multi-family in 2021. Jerome loves assisting people with their home repairs/improvements to create a better living experience. In his free time, he enjoys Lego building, puzzles, traveling, and reading a good book. He is also a huge fan of the NY Giants. A fun fact about Jerome, he played the quad and snare drum as a teenager in the drum corp!

Craig Bennett

Service Technician

Originally from Clayton, GA, Craig joined the HHHunt team in February 2025. His career in maintenance dates back to 1990, and he specializes in plumbing and HVAC—though he’s known for being able to fix just about anything! In his free time, Craig enjoys relaxing by the campfire with a good steak.

Nick Ransom

Service Associate

Originally from St. Mary’s County, MD, Nick joined HHHunt July 2025 before transferring to Abberly Commons in March 2026. Prior to working in multifamily, Nick was a car mechanic. He loves working with his hands and strives to always do his best. In his free time, he loves to watch his favorite football team, the Washington Commanders. One day, he wishes to travel the world with his girlfriend and settle down on his own farm.
